Visita de la lanzadera de empleo al Ayuntamiento de Lucena

El alcalde de Lucena, Juan Pérez, y el delegado de Innovación y Desarrollo Local, Manuel Lara, han mantenido un encuentro de trabajo con las personas participantes en la segunda lanzadera de empleo para analizar las iniciativas de empleo y formación en las que trabaja el Ayuntamiento lucentino para los próximos meses.

Este encuentro, que se encuadra en la agenda de visitas que el equipo humano de la lanzadera de empleo realiza a empresas y organismos del municipio, se proyecta como una acción más para dar a conocer el perfil profesional del grupo de alumnos participantes en esta iniciativa de inserción laboral. Precisamente, esa promoción de los currículos, mediante técnicas de trabajo en grupo, constituye una de las herramientas más características de estas lanzaderas de empleo, que en su segunda edición en Lucena se inició con una veintena de personas.

“Desde la Delegación de Desarrollo Local, hemos aprovechado la visita de la lanzadera de empleo para trasladarles información sobre los talleres de empleo y cursos que pondremos en marcha en breve y que pueden resultar para estos jóvenes una oportunidad de empleo o de especialización en su formación de cara a esa búsqueda activa de empleo con la que trabajan en la lanzadera”, ha explicado Manuel Lara.

La segunda lanzadera de empleo de Lucena inició su actividad el pasado mes de noviembre con el acompañamiento y guía de un técnico especializado en búsqueda de empleo. Durante tres días a la semana, los participantes llevan a cabo talleres de autoconocimiento e inteligencia emocional, dinámicas de comunicación, marca personal y búsqueda de empleo 2.0; entrenamiento de entrevistas personales; y elaboración de mapas de empleabilidad, además de las visitas a empresas y encuentros con empleadores.

Hasta el momento, la lanzadera ha conseguido un 20% de inserción laboral, una cifra que confían en aumentar antes de la finalización prevista para los últimos días del mes de abril. En estos momentos existen con actividad en todo el país alrededor de 80 lanzaderas de empleo gracias a la iniciativa de la Fundación Santa María la Real y con el impulso en Lucena de la Junta de Andalucía y el propio consistorio.
