El GDR Subbética aportará 425.000 euros del montante total del proyecto Huerta del Carmen

El presidente del GDR Subbética y alcalde de Lucena, Juan Pérez y el concejal delegado de Urbanismo, Cesar del Espino han presentado el proyecto denominado “Construcción de jardines con pista deportiva en Huerta del Carmen” y que cuenta con un presupuesto de 514.433 euros de los cuales el GDR aporta 425.000 euros, la cantidad restante que supondría el IVA del proyecto será asumido por el consistorio lucentino.

Pérez ha significado que se trata de un proyecto largamente esperado que se inició en 2017 y cuyo plazo de ejecución se extiende hasta noviembre de 2021, además ha añadido que este jueves se llevará el proyecto a Junta de Gobierno Local y a continuación se pondrá en marcha el proceso de licitación.

Del Espino ha explicado que el proyecto se basa fundamentalmente en una serie de caminos sinuosos en los que predominará abundante arboleda para ofrecer sombra a los paseantes además de amplios jardines, césped, setos y árboles de gran porte.

Todo ello rematado con una pista deportiva y dos zonas de aparatos de gimnasia así como elementos de iluminación y mobiliario urbano.

En total este futuro parque contará con una superficie de 4.681 metros cuadrados.
