El Ayuntamiento pretende restaurar y consolidar el muro de la Huerta del Carmen

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena pretende reconstruir y consolidar el muro de la Huerta del Carmen que el pasado sábado se desprendió en parte con motivo de la lluvia y el viento.

 El concejal delegado de Patrimonio del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, Manuel Lara Cantizani, explicaba que tras el informe técnico y económico del que dispondrá el consistorio a partir del próximo jueves, se iniciarán las actuaciones para el mantenimiento de un  elemento histórico que data de principios del SXVII. Lara Cantizani, explicaba que para la reconstrucción se utilizarán, entre otros, los materiales que se han derribado con la tormenta.

El muro, según Cantizani, será algo prioritario y tras su reconstrucción y consolidación se iniciarán las obras para de la  zona verde y recreativa de esta parte de Lucena. Para estos trabajos   se ha solicitado una subvención al Grupo de Desarrollo Rural de la Subbética, organismo que se pronunciará al respecto  en el mes de junio, momento en el que se espera que comiencen unas obras que deberán de estar concluidas para finales de año.
