Videoluc les ofrecerá mañana martes en directo el pleno ordinario del mes de noviembre

Mañana martes tendrá lugar en el Ayuntamiento de Lucena el pleno ordinario correspondiente a este mes de noviembre con un total de 17 puntos en el orden del día.

Entre otros asuntos se dará cuenta de la resolución judicial de suspensión del acuerdo de declaración de nulidad de la autorización del mercadillo de los domingos en suelo privado. Además, se dará cuenta del estado de ejecución del presupuesto y arqueo del Ayuntamiento y sus entes dependientes a 30 de septiembre de este año así como de los informes de periodo medio de pago y de morosidad del tercer trimestre de este año.

Ciudadanos Lucena presentará una propuesta de la Ciudadanía sobre la modificación de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por instalación de anuncios y elementos publicitarios. Demás, de otra propuesta para la modificación de la ordenanza por la ocupación de terrenos de uso público con mesas, sillas, toldos, marquesinas y otros, de bares, tabernas, cervecerías, cafeterías, churrerías, chocolaterías, restaurantes y otros establecimientos análogos. El pleno votará también sobre la adhesión al manifiesto aprobado por las Diputaciones andaluzas con motivo del “Día Internacional contra la Violencia de Género”, que se celebra hoy 25 de noviembre.

En este sentido, encontramos también la proposición Ciudadanos Lucena sobre la defensa de la igualdad de trato entre las parejas de hecho y los matrimonios en el acceso de la pensión de viudedad. El Partido Popular, por su parte, presentará una proposición sobre la defensa de las libertades educativas consagradas en la Constitución. El pleno abordará también la creación y composición de la Comisión Informativa Permanente de Deportes, y la aprobación del expediente de reconocimiento extrajudicial de crédito del Patronato Deportivo Municipal.

Otro de los puntos del orden del día es la propuesta de cambio de tematización de la sala “Alucénate” del Centro de Interpretación de la Ciudad, situado en el Palacio de los Condes de Santa Ana a sala “El mundo de la Imprenta”. También se abordará la propuesta de nombramiento del representante municipal en la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas. El pleno concluirá con las resoluciones de alcaldía y el turno de ruegos y preguntas.
