Premio Ingenia 2020 para el lucentino Ignacio Pineda

Ignacio Pineda Delgado, alumno de 2º Bachillerato del IES Sierra de Aras durante el pasado curso, ha recibido el Premio a la Excelencia “Manuel Rusillo” que otorga la multinacional andaluza Ingenia al estudiante andaluz que se matricule con la mayor calificación de acceso en algún grado de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de Telecomunicación o de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Informática de la Universidad de Málaga.

El premio tiene una dotación de 2000 € y diploma acreditativo y en esta edición de 2020, que es la tercera del galardón, de forma extraordinaria Ingenia ha decidido otorgarlo a dos estudiantes en lugar de a uno en un acto que tuvo lugar el pasado lunes 9 de noviembre en el Museo de Nerja.

Ignacio Pineda Delgado cursa el primer año del grado en Ingeniería Informática en la Universidad de Málaga, al que accedió con una calificación de 13,870 tras sus resultados en la PEVAU, unos de los mejores de la provincia de Córdoba el pasado mes de julio y la mejor nota de la antigua selectividad en la historia de nuestro instituto.

El premio Ingenia es también un homenaje a Manuel Rusillo, directivo de la compañía, fallecido inesperadamente en 2017. Sus valores personales y profesionales son recordados con este galardón, que premia el esfuerzo y la búsqueda de la excelencia entre jóvenes andaluces que quieran orientar su futuro a la informática o las telecomunicaciones, y elijan para ello la Universidad de Málaga.

Desde el IES Sierra de Aras, han querido hacer llegar su más sincera enhorabuena a Ignacio y a su familia, mostrar el orgullo por haberlo tenido como alumno y el convencimiento de que este será el primero de una serie de reconocimientos y éxitos en su carrera universitaria y profesional.
