Lucena Verde transmite al Ayuntamiento su imposibilidad de redactar el proyecto de la zona verde del Zarpazo

La cooperativa de interés social “Lucena Verde” ha transmitido al consistorio su imposibilidad de llevar a cabo la redacción del proyecto del complejo ecológico proyectado en la zona de “el Zarpazo”. Además el colectivo social ha solicitado que sea el propio ayuntamiento el que convoque a través de la oportuna licitación pública el desarrollo de esta iniciativa o bien que sea asumida por técnicos municipales.

Las razones que esgrime esta cooperativa se fundamentan en la carencia de personal técnico propio con la cualificación necesaria para acometer la redacción de este proyecto y en la falta de recursos económicos para hacer frente al coste que conllevaría este trámite.

Así se lo han hecho saber al concejal delegado de Urbanismo, José Cantizani con el que han mantenido una reunión en la que han expuesto esta situación. En este sentido Cantizani ha anunciado que el consistorio está a la espera de que este colectivo presente por escrito sus argumentos y ha recordado que por acuerdo plenario se aprobó que la redacción corriese a cargo de los promotores de esta iniciativa tal y como habían solicitado después de proponer a técnicos municipales para la redacción y tras descartar esta opción amparándose en que si ellos mismo se hacían cargo de la mencionada redacción el proceso resultaría más ágil en el tiempo.
