La Policía Local vigilará la venta ilegal de productos pirotécnicos y su utilización en los espacios públicos

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena recuerda, ante la celebración de las fiestas propias de la Nochevieja y la llegada del nuevo año, que la utilización de petardos y demás artificios pirotécnicos en las calles y plazas estará prohibido.Prohibido sin autorización previa, durante estos días por alterar la tranquilidad de quienes prefieren disfrutar de estas fiestas en sosiego, además de por los accidentes y daños personales que pudiera acarrear. En este sentido, la Policía Local de Lucena anuncia que vigilará especialmente el uso de cualquier producto pirotécnico en el viario público, así como la venta ilegal de dichos productos, advirtiendo que se los infractores se enfrentarán a las sanciones previstas en el Reglamento de Artículos pirotécnicos y cartuchería RD 9889/2015 de 30 de octubre y demás legislación aplicable.
