La plataforma “Lucena por sus necesidades sanitarias” confía en que el centro sanitario de la ciudad pueda ser una realidad en 3 años

Representantes de la plataforma “Lucena por sus necesidades sanitarias” se han mostrado satisfechos por el resultado de la reunión mantenida con el consejero de Salud, Jesús Aguirre y han expresado su confianza en que el centro sanitario de la ciudad pueda ser una realidad en tres años.

El portavoz de la plataforma, Miguel Ramírez ha anunciado que este colectivo ha presentado un escrito en el Registro General del ayuntamiento solicitando al pleno que se considere el día 6 de abril, fecha en la que se organizó la mayor manifestación de la historia de nuestra ciudad por motivo de la situación de la sanidad y concretamente por la reclamación de un hospital para Lucena, como día de “conmemoración institucional” en la que se recuerde esta efeméride y se organice algún acto y valoración de la situación hasta alcanzar, en el plazo de tres años, el ansiado objetivo.

Ramírez, que durante su intervención ha reconocido que en algún momento de este largo proceso se han sentido engañados,  ha insistido en que esta conmemoración debe servir para el recuerdo en el tiempo y que se valore que en ocasiones hay que salir a la calle y luchar por reivindicar y conseguir metas que son de justicia, como fue en su momento la indigna situación de la sanidad en Lucena en 2006. En este sentido el portavoz de la plataforma ha recordado que todas las mejoras logradas han sido posibles gracias a este colectivo y al apoyo que han recibido del pueblo de Lucena.

Por su parte, Paco Salazar ha explicado que en caso de que el pleno apruebe esta propuesta se dará traslado de la oportuna invitación a las autoridades sanitarias de referencia como el consejero de Salud y el director general de Cuidados Socio Sanitarios.

Según Salazar la plataforma se siente satisfecha con el encuentro mantenido con Aguirre que supuso la ratificación del plan funcional, la confirmación del proceso de licitación para la redacción del proyecto al que han concurrido 12 empresas y ha subrayado que ahora hace falta más que nunca voluntad política. Finalmente Antonio Moreno Budia ha agradecido al consejero de Salud el trato que les ha brindado y su compromiso con Lucena en este proyecto.
