La obra de saneamiento de la conducción de Zambra valorada en 7.517.483 millones de euros

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena ha recibido el estudio de costes de la obra de saneamiento de la conducción de suministro de aguas de Zambra que ha sido realizado por Gis Ingeniería Civil S.L. y que se eleva a 7.517.483 euros I.V.A. incluido.

Este presupuesto eleva de manera considerable el estimado desde al Ayuntamiento que según el presidente de la empresa municipal, Aguas de Lucena, José Cantizani,  rondaría los 3 millones de euros. Cantizani informaba que este es el resultado del estudio técnico elaborado por la Universidad de Granada encargado para determinar si es viable ampliar al caudal de toma de agua, sin perjudicar a terceros. Apuntaba que “caso de ser viable, Aguas de Lucena pedirá a la Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir aumentar la concesión actualmente de 64 litros por segundo.

El presupuesto de ejecución material de GIS contempla partidas significativas, como la de movimiento de tierras por valor de 1.096.571 euros, la de conducción y valvulería por 3.560.118 euros, la de servicios afectados por 291.702 euros y otras partidas menores de gestión de residuos o seguridad y salud , hasta alcanzar la cantidad de 5.220.837 euros. Además a  ello habría que incrementar partidas de ejecución material y el beneficio industrial más el 21 % de I.V.A hasta alcanzar los 7.517.483 ,83 euros.

Se trata de la gran inversión  municipal en materia de aguas para los próximos años que goza de luz verde por el pleno donde se aprobó iniciarla con los remanentes de Tesorería al margen de las inversiones recogidas en el presupuesto de Aguas de Lucena.

El proyecto se acometerá en distintos años y pasa por la renovación y sustitución de la conducción de agua desde el Nacimiento Zambra a Lucena por el trazado actual una vez descartada la vía alternativa de Los llanos de San Juan y Las Erillas.
La financiación de esta obra corresponde al Ayuntamiento de Lucena y no a la empresa Aguas de Lucena al ser el titular de todas las infraestructuras, aunque dado el importante importe del I.V.A también el gobierno municipal estudiará la posibilidad de hacer aportación a la empresa municipal Aguas de Lucena para poder desgravar el impuesto.
