La Junta propone como solución que los centros educativos contraten de manera directa el servicio de limpieza con otras empresas

El delegado del Gobierno, Antonio Repullo, ha propuesto como solución definitiva a la huelga emprendida por las trabajadoras de la empresa TEMPO que los centros educativos afectados por la falta de limpieza contraten de manera directa este servicio con otras empresas.

Durante un encuentro con las representantes de las trabajadoras de TEMPO y junto a la delegada territorial de Educación y Deporte, Inmaculada Troncoso, Repullo ha asegurado que “de esta forma se restablecería el servicio completo y las trabajadoras quedarían subrogadas en las mismas condiciones y con los mismos derechos con la nueva empresa de limpieza”.

De forma paralela se está llevando a cabo el expediente de resolución puesto en marcha por la Delegación Territorial de Educación y Deporte gracias a la solicitud de las trabajadoras, requisito imprescindible dentro del pliego de condiciones administrativas para que la Junta de Andalucía pudiera resolver el contrato. “En 24 horas iniciamos el expediente de resolución porque desde la Junta no hemos dejado de buscar una solución a una situación que afecta no sólo a las trabajadoras sino a toda la comunidad educativa”, ha afirmado la delegada territorial de Educación y Deporte, Inmaculada Troncoso.

“La resolución del expediente podría dilatarse hasta 3 meses, de ahí que hayamos apostado por esta solución extraordinaria. Tras la resolución del contrato, la Delegación de Educación iniciará el procedimiento de contratación ordinaria del servicio de limpieza de los centros educativos en los que hasta ahora ha estado prestando servicio TEMPO”, ha concluido Inmaculada Troncoso.
