Jesús Urceloy presenta en Lucena ‘En fuga’ y recibe el Tercer Premio Nacional de Poesía ‘Lara Cantizani’

Su obra ha sido publicada en la prestigiosa editorial Reino de Cordelia como parte del premio que concede la Concejalía de Cultura

El escenario Gloria Fuertes de la Plaza Juan Parejo acogió el acto de presentación de la obra “En fuga”, del editor y poeta madrileño Jesús Urceloy, quien hace unos meses se proclamó ganador de la tercera edición del Premio Nacional de Poesía Ciudad de Lucena “Lara Cantizani”, a la que en esta ocasión se han presentado más de 300 obras.

Su comisario, Jacob Lorenzo, mostró su agradecimiento a la Concejalía de Cultura, encabezada por Francisco Barbancho, por dar continuidad a este certamen que, además de estar dotado con 3.000 euros para el ganador, supone la publicación de la obra premiada en la editorial Reino de Cordelia, “una de las más importantes y prestigiosas de nuestro país, lo que permite que el nombre de Lucena esté presente en librerías de toda España”. Asimismo, informó que las otras dos modalidades de haiku (Sefardí y Prometeo) fueron declaradas desiertas “al no conseguir la calidad poética suficiente”.

Durante el acto, Jesús Urceloy, profesor de poesía en diferentes universidades y filólogo por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, narró algunas historias de su poemario, caracterizado por emplear algunas técnicas irracionalistas y surrealistas, pero como explicó su autor, “siempre intentando divertir y que la poesía sea dinámica, alegre, divertida y que llame al pensamiento”.

El acto finalizó con la intervención del alcalde de Lucena, Aurelio Fernández, quien señaló que “el Ayuntamiento seguirá apostando por este premio ya consolidado a nivel nacional, como una manera de reconocer a los lucentinos que han trabajo por su pueblo como es el caso de Manuel Lara Cantizani, una persona que se entregó en cuerpo y alma a Lucena”.

Este acto en su integridad lo podrán ver este viernes a partir de las 11 menos cuarto de la noche por Videoluc Televisión.
