Jesús Poyato presenta el libro ‘Otra educación’

En la noche de ayer domingo se celebró en el Centro de Orientación Familiar “San Juan Pablo II” de Lucena la presentación del libro titulado “Otra Educación” cuyo autor es el Sacerdote y Vicario Episcopal de la Diocesis de Córdoba, D. Jesús Poyato Varo. Jesús es además director adjunto y profesor del Centro de Magisterio “Sagrado Corazón”, adscrito a la Universidad de Córdoba y director académico del Título de Experto Universitario en Dirección, Gestión y Liderazgo Educativo de la UCO, también es el actual Director del C.O.F. de Córdoba capital y profesor del Seminario Mayor San Pelagio de Córdoba.

En esta presentación estuvo acompañado del Vicario Episcopal de la Campiña, D. David Aguilera así como de la representante y fundadora de la Editorial Isabel Montes. En primer lugar intervino D. David Aguilera que tras hacer una descripción biográfica del autor y su vinculación con Lucena, recordando su estancia en Lucena como Párroco de San Mateo y Director del C.O.F. de Lucena pasó a realizar una sinopsis sobre este trabajo de asesoramiento sobre la Educación, animando a padres y profesores a leerlo.

Posteriormente intervino la representante editorial “Angels Fortune”, Isabel Montes que manifestó su satisfacción por esta obra e informó que este libro llegará a toda España además de América Latina donde será promocionado. Para finalizar intervino el autor, D. Jesús Poyato que hizo un resumen de cómo nació la idea de escribir este libro que es fruto de su relación con alumnos y padres en el Centro de Magisterio “Sagrado Corazón de Córdoba” y pretende dar pistas y sugerencias claras para educadores y familias que puedan iluminar un concepto alternativo de la educación actual que tiene como centro la persona.

Poyato afirmó que en estos momentos hay una crisis de autoridad y respeto en las aulas y una superprotección del educando, abogando por el derecho  que tiene los padres para elegir la educación que quieren para sus hijos, concluyendo que si los padres no educan otros lo harán por ellos. El acto finalizó con una puesta en común del numeroso público asistente y la firma de ejemplares por parte del autor.
