Igualdad habilita un cuestionario de satisfacción de sus usuarios

La Delegación de Igualdad y Diversidad ha puesto en el Centro de Información a la Mujer, situado en la Calle Canalejas, 22, un punto de servicio a disposición de los usuarios, mediante un cuestionario de satisfacción, con el propósito de mejorar las prestaciones que se ofrecen en dichas instalaciones. En este sentido, la urna fue instalada el pasado mes de junio y se mantendrá durante un año, para que todo el que lo desee pueda ofrecer su punto de vista a través del formulario de manera completamente anónima.

Carmen Gallardo, concejala de Igualdad y Diversidad, ha explicado que “para nosotros es muy importante la opinión de los usuarios”, razón por la cual “hemos habilitado este punto, con el propósito de mejorar nuestro servicio”. Así, el cuestionario consta de cuatro cuestiones, en las que habría que indicar el departamento al que se ha dirigido, así como las calificaciones acerca de la información, la atención y la calidad del servicio recibido.

Por último, cabe recordar que el Centro de Información a la Mujer se articula en cuatro ejes: el Departamento de Información y Animación, el Departamento Jurídico, el Programa UNEM y el Departamento psicológico. Además, de forma periódica ofrece formación a través de cursos de iniciación a lenguas extranjeras, nuevas tecnologías y manualidades y artesanía, entre otros.
