HERCE-ICR presenta una propuesta para la construcción de un aparcamiento de 203 plazas en la Huerta del Carmen

El Presidente de la EPEL, Francis Aguilar, acompañado del concejal de Obras del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, Javier Pineda presentaban la propuesta de la empresa soriana HERCE-ICR Aparcamientos para la construcción de un parking subterráneo en la Huerta del Carmen.

Aguilar explicaba que ésta sería la segunda propuesta de la dispone  el consistorio para este enclave, tras la presentada el pasado mes de febrero por la firma OHLA Concesiones.

En este caso, explicó, se trataría de una concesión de obra privada, y la misma empresa construiría  el parking y gestionaría posteriormente el proyecto por un periodo determinado. Los servicios jurídicos, indicó Aguilar, están elaborando el informe de  viabilidad, con el objeto de que dicha propuesta sea abordada por el Consejo de EPEL para posteriormente que  el pleno se pronuncie al respecto.

Este segundo proyecto contempla 203 aparcamientos subterráneos en una misma planta y un presupuesto que superaría los 5,5  millones de euros. El plazo de ejecución oscilaría entre  12 y 14 meses, y en la construcción del mismo trabajarían alrededor de 70 personas.

En el estudio se prevé eliminar la zona verde que existe en este enclave que se volvería a edificar tal y cómo se presenta en la actualidad al culminar las obras. Además, el consistorio acometería también la construcción de una cafetería en la zona.

Este nuevo aparcamiento, según Aguilar, permitirá implementar la actividad cultural y hostelera con unas expectativas que desde el primer momento, explicaba el edil, se ha marcado  el equipo de Gobierno. Según el presidente de la EPEL, si todo va por el cauce adecuado, “las obras del nuevo aparcamiento podrían comenzar a finales de este mismo año”.

La empresa HERCE-ICR también tiene previsto presentar para los últimos meses de este año un proyecto para la construcción de otro aparcamiento en el Paseo de Rojas.
