El Palacio Erisana acoge el próximo domingo la Exaltación de la Saeta Ciudad de Lucena 2021

La concejal delegada de Turismo, Teresa Alonso ha presentado la segunda edición de la Exaltación de la Saeta Ciudad de Lucena, un evento que tendrá lugar el próximo domingo, 21 de marzo, a las 12,30 h., en el Palacio Erisana y que reunirá a los cantaores locales Antonio Nieto y Araceli Campillos, Rául Montesinos de la Puebla de Cazalla y Antonio Ortega de Mairena del Alcor.

Alonso ha explicado que pese a tratarse de una actividad bianual, debido a la pandemia de Covid se ha decidido, tras conversaciones con la Peña el Santero mantenerla este año y trasladar el tradicional concurso de saetas al próximo año siempre y cuanto las medidas sanitarias así lo permitan.

La edil socialista también ha indicado que el patrocinio de esta cita con la saeta, en la que no faltará la saeta autóctona de Lucena, “alcantarilla” y “perrilleja”, en la voz de Antonio Nieto, ha corrido a cargo de las delegaciones municipales de Turismo, Participación Ciudadana, Cultura y Fiestas.

Las invitaciones para asistir a esta exaltación están prácticamente agotadas si bien aún pueden retirarse en la sede de la delegación de Turismo.

El presidente de la Peña el Santero, Eduardo García ha agradecido la colaboración del ayuntamiento de la ciudad y ha indicado que, al margen de los saeteros convocados y de la participación de la Hermandad de Tambores, la Exaltación de la Saeta Ciudad de Lucena estará a cargo del periodista local Manuel González García.

Sus recuerdos, sensaciones en torno a todo lo que le suscita, observa y contempla respecto a la Semana Santa en relación con la saeta estarán presentes en la disertación de nuestro compañero Manuel González García.
