El Club Koryo Lucena acaba subcampeón por equipos en el I Open Internacional de Taekwondo Don Quijote

El pabellón Quijote Arena de Ciudad Real acogió el I Open Internacional de Taekwondo “Don Quijote”, una prueba organizada por la Federación de Taekwondo de Castilla-La Mancha.

En esta primera edición han participado 800 competidores para las categorías precadete, cadete, junior y senior; estos deportistas han representado a 15 comunidades autónomas de España, además de países como Túnez y Portugal.

Uno de los clubes referentes de taekwondo en el ámbito nacional es, sin duda, el Club Koryo Lucena, y fiel reflejo de ello es el subcampeonato por equipos que ha conseguido en este Open Don Quijote.

El club lucentino ha obtenido este éxito colectivo gracias a los buenos resultados de sus deportistas que han sido capaces de alcanzar un total de 11 medallas en este campeonato.

El balance del medallero por categorías del Club Koryo Lucena es el siguiente;

Categoría precadete:
Jesús Pacheco, Aroa Corredera, Paula Jiménez y Jacob Muñoz consiguen la medalla de oro.

Categoría cadete:
Jairo José Muñoz y José Campaña se alzan con la medalla de oro mientras que Leticia Zafra y Nerea Monje se hacen con el bronce.

Categoría junior:
Manuel Aranda se cuelga una medalla de oro, Rocio López una de plata y Miguel Angel Campaña la de bronce.
