EL Ayuntamiento ofrece a Amara el Centro de Energías Renovables para su instalación

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena ha ofrecido el Centro de Energías  Renovables a la Asociación Amara. El Centro de Energías Renovables lleva años sin encontrar la  viabilidad sobre su futuro después de que la Junta de Andalucía  habilitara un presupuesto de 3,4 millones de euros y se estudiaran posibles alternativas, entre ellas un cetro para la industria del frío o la sede del Palacio de Justicia.

Este proyecto del Centro de Energías Renovables fue obra del arquitecto lucentino, José Antonio Alba, que a su vez es el redactor del proyecto que la Asociación Comarcal Pro Personas Discapacitadas Psíquicas Virgen de Araceli (Amara) pretendía desarrollar  en el Centro Municipal de Los Santos al que se dio luz verde desde el consistorio para su desarrollo y ejecución.

Como se preveía en su presentación, se trata de un proyecto que llevaría su tiempo porque no se trataba solo de una cesión, sino de la adecuación de las instalaciones y la búsqueda de recursos para su financiación. El proyecto constituía una idea ilusionante, sin embargo, a causa de la crisis ha encontrado todo tipo de trabas y es sin duda la única manera de seguir creciendo, en unas instalaciones donde AMARA  ya tienen su taller de empleo y un invernadero y donde además se ubicará en varios módulos del mencionado centro la residencia para personas adultas. Por ello se están barajando alternativas como la del Centro de Energías Renovables, sobre las cuales Amara no se ha pronunciado aún.
