El ayuntamiento encomienda la gestión de un nuevo espacio de aparcamiento a AMFE

El ayuntamiento de Lucena, a través de la Entidad Pública Empresarial ‘Aparcamientos de Lucena’ ha logrado la cesión de un solar situado en el número 55 de la calle Mesón, propiedad de José Antonio Guardeño y José Molero, con destino a nuevo aparcamiento con capacidad para 20 plazas y por un periodo de un año con posibilidad de prórrogas sucesivas.

A partir de ahí, según ha informado el presidente de la empresa municipal, José Pedro Moreno, el consistorio ha firmado un protocolo en virtud del cual cede la gestión de este nuevo aparcamiento a AMFE que se hará cargo de la labor encomendada en horario de 8 de la mañana a nueve de la noche, horario que se ampliará hasta las 12 de la noche durante Navidad, mediante personal voluntario de la asociación debidamente acreditado.

El presidente de AMFE, Juan de Dios Vallecillo ha agradecido al ayuntamiento esta iniciativa y ha explicado que el personal de esta asociación llevará a cabo su labor con la mayor profesionalidad. Vallecillo ha indicado que se trata de un aparcamiento gratuito si bien el donativo que los usuarios tengan a bien entregar se destinará a sufragar las distintas actividades que llevan a cabo a lo largo del año.

Finalmente, el edil socialista ha insistido en que el equipo de gobierno sigue trabajando y ha realizado gestiones tendentes a la localización de nuevos espacios que puedan incrementar las plazas de aparcamiento disponibles en Lucena.
