Diez empresas y agentes de Lucena reciben el distintivo Sicted a la calidad turística

Una decena de empresas y agentes turísticos de Lucena han recibido el distintivo Sicted que reconoce la calidad de los destinos turísticos de manos de la directora general de Calidad, Innovación y Fomento del Turismo, Carmen Arjona, y el alcalde lucentino, Juan Pérez, y el concejal de Turismo, Manuel Lara durante el trascurso de un acto que ha tenido lugar en el salón de plenos del ayuntamiento.

Las empresas que acceden a este reconocimiento son MaskeEventos, Carrera SL, Hotel-Restaurante Sierra de Araceli, ViveTravel Lucena SL, Transfer Andalucía y los agentes turísticos Antonia María Vílchez Porcuna, Araceli Moreno Llamas, José Antonio García Suárez y María del Mar Torres Montesinos. Completa el listado la Oficina Municipal de Información Turística, que ve reconocido su esfuerzo por coordinar en Lucena un sistema integral de gestión turística basado en la calidad.

El Sicted es un proyecto de mejora de la calidad de los destinos turísticos promovido por la Secretaría de Estado de Turismo (SET), con el apoyo de la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP), que trabajan con el objetivo último de mejorar la experiencia y satisfacción del turista.

Durante el acto de entrega de los reconocimientos Sicted, Juan Pérez quiso agradecer en nombre del Consistorio “la profesionalidad de las empresas y agentes turísticos” distinguidos con el reconocimiento Sicted por “contribuir a consolidar la marca Lucena vinculada a destino turístico de calidad”. “Si estamos construyendo una ciudad acogedora y atractiva para quienes nos visitan -añadió el alcalde-, es un lujo para Lucena disponer de buenos profesionales y empresas que, a menudo, son lo primero que conocen de la ciudad”.

El distintivo Sicted es el soporte que acredita el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la metodología y reconoce el esfuerzo y el compromiso con la calidad y la mejora continua, a la vez que distingue a la empresa frente a la competencia. El distintivo tiene validez bienal, aunque está condicionado a una evaluación anual de seguimiento.
