De los 2.300 profesionales sanitarios que prestan servicio en el Área de Gestión Sanitaria Sur de Córdoba 2.100 ya han recibido la vacuna contra el Covid

Un total de 2.100 profesionales sanitarios que prestan servicio en el Área de Gestión Sanitaria Sur de Córdoba ya han recibido la vacuna contra el Covid, un dato muy positivo toda vez que la plantilla global asciende a 2.300 sanitarios.

En este sentido cabe significar el ritmo de vacunación que tanto durante la pasada semana como en esta se viene registrando en el Hospital Infanta Margarita de Cabra con una media de 100 vacunas diarias, lo que sitúa a este centro hospitalario a la cabeza en lo que a la administración de la vacuna se refiere en el conjunto del área de gestión en el que está incluido y en uno de los más destacados a nivel de nuestra comunidad autónoma.

Precisamente, Andalucía continúa esta semana con la campaña de vacunación contra el COVID-19 y se ha iniciado ya durante este fin de semana la administración de la segunda dosis a los usuarios de los centros sociosanitarios que se vacunaron en la primera semana de la campaña, un total de 868 centros. Hasta el momento, Andalucía eleva al 90% el número de residentes vacunados, las personas que quedan por vacunar lo hacen esta semana también ya que eran residencias que tenían algún brote.

En concreto, esta semana, se realizará la vacunación en un total de 164 residencias de mayores y centros sociosanitarios. Las vacunas se distribuyen a 37 hospitales (distribuidas a su vez en 59 equipos) y 45 distritos de Atención Primaria, y están en funcionamiento 73 unidades móviles para administrar las dosis en las residencias de mayores.

Esta semana se ha recibido sólo el 49% de las dosis de vacunas previstas, lo que supone 34.125 dosis frente a las 69.225 del envío semanal habitual. En cualquier caso, gracias a la decisión de la comunidad de mantener una reserva estratégica, se podrá continuar con la planificación prevista.

Andalucía ha administrado ya un total de 152.919 vacunas contra el COVID-19 desde que comenzara la campaña de vacunación el pasado 27 de diciembre y hasta el día de ayer, lo que supone el 70,69% del total de dosis recibidas (216.320). Las dosis se han distribuido a las personas pertenecientes a los primeros grupos de riesgo establecidos: personas mayores de residencias, personal sociosanitario y sanitarios de primera línea de COVID-19.

Por provincias, en Córdoba se han administrado 17.863 dosis. En el caso de los profesionales sanitarios de primera línea, se han vacunado un total de 67.260 dosis.
