Consenso entre casi todos los grupos políticos para introducir una mejora salarial del 2,5 por ciento para Ayuda a Domicilio

La concejal delegada de Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, Carmen Gallardo, informaba de que en la Comisión de Bienestar Social ha habido consenso de casi todos  los grupos políticos, para incluir mejoras salariales del 2,5 por ciento en el pliego del contrato de Ayuda a Domicilio. Izquierda Unida sigue apostando por la municipalización del servicio.

Gallardo, explicaba que el problema que existe, es que el precio al que la Junta de Andalucía paga la hora es insuficiente para hacerse cargo de los salarios y la Seguridad Social.

La edil municipal argumentaba que la única forma que tiene la empresa de que la Junta suba el precio por hora es impugnar los pliegos, lo que está ocurriendo prácticamente en todos los ayuntamientos.

No obstante, la subida salarial, según Gallardo, no se puede incluir en ningún pliego de servicios.
