Arábiga, Stingers y Randy López protagonizan el SolidariRock Music Festival organizado por Infancia Solidaria

SolidariRock Music Festival se pone en marcha en Lucena como la nueva iniciativa musical de Infancia Solidaria, organizadora de un gran número de eventos culturales, siempre con el fin de ayudar a niños de países en vías de desarrollo, que en esta ocasión cuenta con la colaboración de la Concejalía de Cooperación al Desarrollo del Ayuntamiento de Lucena.

El festival tendrá lugar el 16 de octubre en el Auditorio Municipal de Lucena (20:30 horas) con la participación del grupo local Arábiga, los sevillanos Stingers con su tributo a Scorpions y Randy López, cordobés fundador de Medina Azahara que visita por primera vez Lucena con su nueva banda. El guitarrista Mario Alcántara, ofrecía lso detalles del concierto.

“Estamos emocionados porque cada vez que pedimos colaboración la encontramos, tanto en el Ayuntamiento como en nuestra amplía lista de amigos del mundo del teatro y el rock”, comentaba durante la presentación del festival Ángel Parejo presidente de Infancia Solidaria, quien ha recordado que si bien el proyecto más conocido es el ‘Sana, sana’, preocupado en tratar en hospitales de Andalucía cardiopatías pediátricas, también asumen otros retos como una escuela infantil en Lamu (Kenia) o el Hogar Infancia Solidaria, recién puesto en marcha en Córdoba.

Desde el Ayuntamiento de Lucena, Carmen Gallardo, titular de Cooperación al Desarrollo, ha querido agradecer “la incuestionable labor que viene realizando Infancia Solidaria en sus atenciones a tantos niños de países en vías de desarrollo”, remarcando esos más de 300 pequeños que han conseguido viajar a España desde multitud de países para ser intervenidos con sus problemas de corazón.
