La Sociedad de Cazadores de Lucena ha organizado con éxito el II Trofeo Luis Barahona de Soto, prueba deportiva de tiro que se ha desarrollado en las magníficas instalaciones deportivas del Club de Tiro de Lucena. Este evento deportivo, que estaba patrocinado por el Ayuntamiento de Lucena, se disputó en la modalidad de Tirada de Compak Sporting contando con un total de 61 tiradores.
Después de un desempate entre los 10 primeros clasificados resultó vencedor de esta segunda edición el lucentino Abel Maíllo Legaza clasificándose también otros tiradores locales como David Borrego, Raúl Polo, Francisco Trujillo, Javier Soria y José Nieto. Además, ganaron en sus respectivas categorías los siguientes tiradores;
Superveteranos; Juan Porras.
Veteranos; Lucio Romero.
Damas; Manoli Sánchez.
Adaptado; Jiménez Ochoa.
Junior; Nerea Jiménez.
Como colofón de este II Trofeo Luis Barahona de Soto, y con la presencia del alcalde de Lucena, Aurelio Fernández, y el concejal de Agricultura, Javier Pineda, el presidente de la Sociedad Deportiva de Cazadores de Lucena Juan Campaña procedió a la correspondiente entrega de premios a todos los ganadores tanto a nivel económico como de material deportivo, en este caso, en cartuchos.
