La sanción por el incumplimiento de esta obligación puede alcanzar los 3.000 euros.
El alcalde de Lucena, Aurelio Fernández ha firmado el bando que recoge la obligación de mantener los solares de propiedad particular en condiciones óptimas de salubridad y seguridad, una medida recogida en la correspondiente ordenanza municipal y que conlleva el desbroce y limpieza de los citados terrenos.
Así lo ha anunciado la concejal delegada de Urbanismo, Charo Valverde que ha apuntado que el plazo voluntario para llevar a cabo esta actuación por parte de los propietarios concluye el próximo 16 de junio, además ha recordado que la sanción, en caso de incumplimiento de esta obligación, puede alcanzar los 3.000 euros.
Valverde ha indicado que se trata de una iniciativa con la que se pretende velar por la salubridad pública y la prevención de incendios en aquellos solares que puedan resultar peligrosos para la salud y la seguridad de las personas.
La edil popular también ha significado que en caso de que una vez concluido el plazo voluntario los titulares no hayan cumplimentado esta obligación será la Policía Local, que ya dispone de un listado completo de estos solares, la que actuará tramitando la oportuna sanción lo que supondrá la intervención subsidiaria del ayuntamiento, con cargo al propietario, y la imposición de la correspondiente multa.
En el caso de solares de propiedad municipal serán los servicios operativos municipales quienes empezarán en breve la labor de adecentamiento.
Por otra parte, Valverde también ha informado sobre la reunión mantenida con Policía Local para que inicie la inspección de edificaciones irregulares en suelo no urbanizable, una tarea que se realizará semanalmente.
Esta actuación de vigilancia por parte de Policía Local se desarrollará hasta en tanto se cubran las plazas específicas de vigilantes municipales y no se descarta una formación concreta para llevar a cabo esta labor e incluso el uso de drones.
