El plazo de ejecución de la obra será de 9 meses
El concejal delegado de Obras, Javier Pineda ha informado sobre la licitación de la obra de remodelación integral y dotación de infraestructuras de la calle Catalina Marín. Una actuación que incluye la creación de una plataforma única, y la renovación de alcantarillado y abastecimiento de agua.
Esta intervención, que sale a licitación por un importe de 825.853 euros, se completa con la instalación de 6 árboles, en el tramo final de la calle, la colocación de mobiliario urbano, jardineras y bancos, y pilonas para impedir el estacionamiento.
La obra se acometerá, en principio está previsto su inicio para finales del mes de julio y cuenta con una plazo de ejecución de 9 meses, en su totalidad, si bien está pendiente si la actuación comenzará en la parte alta de la calle o en la parte baja, una cuestión que estará al criterio de la planificación de obra.
Pineda ha reconocido que se trata de una de las calles que mayor número de averías y fugas de agua presenta por lo que con esta obra se atiende también esta problemática.
La intervención en calle Catalina Marín supone la pérdida de 23 y 25 aparcamientos respectivamente en cada margen del tramo final de esta vía.
