280 alumnos comienzan hoy en Lucena los exámenes de la PEVAU, la antigua selectividad

Un total de 280 alumnos han comenzado este martes los exámenes correspondientes a la Prueba de Evaluación de Bachillerato para el Acceso a la Universidad (PEvAU), la antigua selectividad y que se prolongarán durante las jornadas de miércoles y jueves.

La concejal delegada de Educación, Lourdes Parra ha anunciado que el total de jóvenes lucentinos que se presentan a estas pruebas se han dividido en dos centros. De esta manera el IES Marqués de Comares acoge a 101 alumnos del propio centro y a 105 del IES Sierra de Aras mientras que el IES Juan de Aréjula contará con la presencia de 74 alumnos si bien, la jornada inicial será la que más alumnos registre en este centro, 62, al tratarse de los exámenes de las asignaturas troncales, Historia, Lengua e Idioma.

Parrá ha afirmado que se han garantizado todas las medidas sanitarias para el correcto funcionamiento de estas pruebas evitando aglomeraciones y controlando el acceso a los centros exclusivamente para los aspirantes llamados a superar estas pruebas.

Por su parte, Gonzalo Navas, director del IES Juan de Aréjula ha explicado como se ha venido trabajando desde hace meses de cara a la recepción de alumnos, las aulas que se han habilitado, dotadas con aire acondicionado, y la desinfección llevada a cabo en las dependencias tras la celebración de cada exámen así como en las zonas de ocio puestas a disposición de los alumnos.

Un trabajo riguroso en aras de que estas pruebas, sin duda marcadas por el COVID-19, tengan un desarrollo conforme a las medidas sanitarias necesarias que amparen la seguridad de los alumnos.

Navas, a título anecdótico ha señalado que el último día de estas pruebas solo habrá una alumna en el centro realizando la prueba correspondiente a Historia del Arte.
