20 personas preparan su salida al mercado laboral en la nueva “Lanzadera Conecta Empleo” de Lucena

14 mujeres y 6 hombres en desempleo participan desde esta semana en la nueva Lanzadera Conecta Empleo de Lucena para reactivar y optimizar su búsqueda de trabajo con nuevas técnicas y herramientas acordes al nuevo mercado laboral

 

A partir de ahora y hasta septiembre, sus participantes aprenderán a hacer un plan de prospección laboral y actualizar su currículum; ensayarán entrevistas de trabajo, reforzarán competencias transversales y digitales, y contactarán con empresas en busca de su inserción laboral

 

Debido a la crisis sanitaria del Covid-19, el programa de orientación laboral ha comenzado en digital, con sesiones virtuales a través de diferentes programas. La idea es que retome su formato presencial a lo largo del verano, cuando las autoridades sanitarias lo permitan en sus planes de desescalada

 

Esta iniciativa, totalmente gratuita, está impulsada por Fundación Santa María la Real y Fundación Telefónica, con la colaboración de la Junta de Andalucía y el Ayuntamiento de Lucena, y la cofinanciación del Fondo Social Europeo, a través del programa operativo POISES

 

 

La nueva “Lanzadera Conecta Empleo” de Lucena ha comenzado a funcionar esta semana para ayudar a 20 personas en desempleo (14 mujeres y 6 hombres, con edades comprendidas entre los 21 y los 57 años) a reactivar su búsqueda de trabajo con nuevas técnicas de orientación laboral.

 

En el equipo hay personas con varios niveles formativos (ESO, Formación Profesional, Bachiller y estudios universitarios). Hay quien busca su primer trabajo y quien persigue una nueva oportunidad laboral tras años de experiencia en diferentes sectores, como administración, comercio, sanidad, informática, fotografía o agroalimentación entre otros.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cultura colaborativa

Paula Mariño Rueda es la técnico que ha realizado el proceso de selección y la encargada de gestionar la lanzadera durante los próximos cuatro meses.  Explica que los participantes tienen perfiles muy diversos, pero muy complementarios. Su labor ahora es convertirse en un equipo, mejorar sus competencias transversales, compartir experiencias y conocimientos, reactivar su búsqueda de trabajo de forma colaborativa y obtener nuevas oportunidades laborales.

“Desean aumentar su empleabilidad, adaptándose a las nuevas demandas del mercado laboral y a la actual forma de buscar empleo. Además, buscan adquirir habilidades y competencias digitales que les permitan ser más competitivos” especifica Paula.

 

Actividades y novedades Covid-19

Debido a la crisis sanitaria del Covid-19, la Lanzadera Conecta Empleo ha comenzado en digital: sus participantes se reúnen de forma virtual a través de diferentes aplicaciones informáticas.  La idea es que el programa retome su formato presencial a lo largo del verano, cuando las autoridades sanitarias así lo permitan en sus planes de desescalada por territorios.

 

Sus participantes contarán con el asesoramiento de un técnico especializado para mejorar su empleabilidad.  Realizarán dinámicas de inteligencia emocional para aprender a desarrollar un plan de prospección laboral y enfocar su objetivo profesional; aprenderán nuevos programas para actualizar su currículum; ensayarán entrevistas de trabajo para ganar confianza y seguridad en los procesos de selección reales a los que se enfrenten;  sacarán partido al Smartphone y las redes sociales para la búsqueda de empleo online, realizarán mapas de empleabilidad y contactarán con empresas en busca de su inserción laboral.
