Una treintena de actividades para conmemorar el Día del Libro en Lucena

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena rendirá tributo al libro con una nueva edición del programa Librérate, que reúne del 5 al 27 de abril una treintena de actividades culturales, en el ámbito de la música, el cine, el teatro, las artes plásticas y las letras propiamente dichas, orientadas al fomento de la lectura entre la población local.

El concejal de Cultura, Manuel Lara, y la concejal de Educación, Encarnación Camacho, han sido los encargados de dar a conocer la programación de Librérate, que en 2018 cumple su onceava edición con la realización de talleres collage con Paco Abril o  la Semana del Teatro Escolar como principales novedades.

Para Manuel Lara “Libérate es una de esas actividades que hace que la palabra literatura se escriba con mayúsculas”. Además, ha señalado la gran variedad de opciones que trae la programación. De esta forma, en la oferta se encuentran presentaciones de libros, teatro, jornadas relacionadas con la igualdad, cine y música. Así, los primeros días arrancarán con la proyección del cortometraje ‘Disparos’,  de los lucentinos Antonio Figueredo y Guillermo López de Ahumada. Está producido por “Cortitos de Sifón”.

La concejal delegada de Educación del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, Encarnación Camacho ha indicado que “las actividades son una oportunidad para que los ciudadanos de Lucena puedan aprender mientras se divierten”. Además, ha señalado que la Semana del Teatro Escolar es una iniciativa innovadora donde los profesores también están implicados. Así, desde el 9 al 13 de abril se realizarán ocho obras en el Auditorio Municipal y en horario de mañana.

El programa de actos en torno al Día del Libro se pone en marcha en Lucena el 5 de abril con la presentación del libro ‘Tratado de las Mariposas’ y la exposición ‘Collages’ de Paco Abril. En 2018, Librérate también estará marcado por la vinculación de la ciudad con la Red de Juderías a través del primer concurso literario sobre el Holocausto Judío para escolares entre 9 y 12 de años, convocado a nivel nacional con la participación directa de la Biblioteca Municipal, con su directora, Mª Teresa Ferrer, al frente.
