Protección Civil y Emergencias Sanitarias alertan por ola de calor y riesgo de incendios durante los próximos días

Protección Civil y Emergencias Sanitarias alerta por la ola de calor que tendrá lugar hasta el próximo sábado, con temperaturas que superarán los 40 grados.

Entre las recomendaciones que ofrecen a los ciudadanos encontramos las de la limitaicón de la exposición al sol y evitar la actividad física prolongada en las horas centrales del día. También recomiendan beber  abundante agua o líquidos y tomar comidas ligeras y regulares. Así como utilizar ropa de colores claros y protejerse  la cabeza.

 

Solicitan el mayor interés por la población de riesgo como niños, ancianos y personas enfermas.

Desde Protección Civil recuerdan además que las altas temperaturas pueden favorecer los incendios forestales, por lo que se hacen relevancia en  la necesidad de extremar las precauciones para evitar su aparición.

Ante esta situación, Sanidad mantiene activado el Plan Nacional de Actuaciones Preventivas por Altas Temperaturas para reducir sus efectos asociados.
