Mujeres en Igualdad hacen entrega de los 1.730 euros recaudados durante el Cocido Solidario

La Asociación Mujeres en Igualdad organizaba el domingo 15 de diciembre en el Círculo Lucentino. La presidenta de Mujeres en Igualdad, Teresa Ruiz-Canela anunciaba  que la recaudación se destinaría al Comedor Social Virgen de Araceli.  En total se han recaudado 1.730 euros que se han entregado al Párroco de la Sagrada Familia y Director del comedor social Virgen de Araceli, Fernando Martín Gómez, quien agradecía esta iniciativa.

Teresa Ruiz Canela, explicaba que el menú consistía en  un cocido de primer plato, croquetas  de segundo y tarta de postre al precio de 10 euros por semana sin incluir las bebidas. Durante el almuerzo actuó el grupo Fit Gipsy Dance. La presidenta de Mujeres en Igualdad agradecía a las personas que han acudido al cocido solidario y que han hecho posible esta importante recaudación.

Alrededor de 35 personas pasan cada día por el Comedor Social Virgen de Araceli  por lo que cuenta con unas necesidades imperiosas de donaciones para sufragar el coste de los alimentos.
