Miguel Villa considera que la cesión al colectivo PM 40 de espacios destinados a aparcamientos públicos se realiza a dedo y sin garantías legales para los trabajadores

El portavoz de IU, Miguel Villa ha denunciado públicamente que la Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, ha vuelto a ceder el espacio público destinado a aparcamientos públicos gratuitos al colectivo PM40. Una designación que según Villa se realiza “a dedo” y sin garantías legales para los trabajadores de esta asociación.

Para el portavoz de IU sería más democrático y transparente que se hiciera público esta autorización para otras asociaciones de desempleados o de organizaciones protectoras del bienestar de las personas, en lugar de hacerlo por amistad con antiguos compañeros de partido.

Según Villa el equipo de gobierno deber regular la situación para que todo sea legal, tanto la situación de los trabajadores como la apariencia de pago de una tasa por aparcamiento, que no es más que una ficción, por ser un donativo voluntario.

Una situación que viene arrastrada de hace tiempo y que para el líder de la formación de izquierdas refleja “la cara dura de alguno de los que reciben suculento beneficio de esta asociación, sin trabajar y habiendo creado con la connivencia del Psoe de Lucena en el gobierno todo un oscuro negocio”.

Al hilo de lo expuesto, Villa se plantea varias interrogantes; ¿están los trabajadores (Que tienen horario, turnos, reciben órdenes, rinden cuentas, etc.) dados de alta en la Seguridad Social?

¿Asume el ayuntamiento algún riesgo o responsabilidad por permitir trabajo precario en un espacio público?

¿Tienen derechos otras asociaciones asistenciales a beneficiarse de la gestión de los aparcamientos públicos como lo hace PM40 de Lucena?

¿Cuál es la razón para que el Ayuntamiento en todos los espacios gestionados con PM40 no ponga un cartel bien visible que diga APARCAMIENTO GRATUITO gestionado por PM40?.
