Más del 90 por ciento de las sociedades que entran en concurso de acreedores acaban en liquidación

El 90 por ciento de las sociedades que entran en concurso de acreedores acaban en liquidación, según el Magistrado de la Audiencia Provincial de Córdoba, Fernando Caballero García, quien ofrecía una ponencia en el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Lucena sobre las novedades jurisprudenciales sobre responsabilidad de los administradores sociales.  Caballero García, indicaba que no obstante, estas empresas pueden tener una nueva oportunidad de mano de las sociedades que las adquieren.

Esta ponencia se enmarcaba en la jornada de presentación del XIII Congreso de Derecho Mercatil y Concursal de Andalucía bajo el título “Crisis, salvamento, reconstrucción y gestión de la empresa desde el derecho de sociedades” que se impartirá en Antequera del 12 al 14 de abril, donde intervendrán juristas de todas las capitales andaluzas además de los principales expertos en el sector.

La apertura de la jornada, tuvo lugar en el salón de actos del órgano colegial lucentino a cargo del Decano Diego Juan Chacón Morales. A continuación se procedió  a la presentación tanto de Exfimer, Asociación de expertos en derecho financiero y mercantil de Andalucía, como del mencionado congreso.
