Los alumnos del módulo de cocina del Instituto Juan de Aréjula realizarán sus prácticas en la Sala Gran Lucena

El departamento de Hostelería y Turismo del instituto lucentino sufragarán los gastos que supone el alquiler de este edificio para las prácticas de cocina de los alumnos durante  los meses de abril y mayo, ante la negativa de la Junta de Andalucía de realizar ninguna inversión. La delegación provincial de Educación propuso a los alumnos el traslado al Instituto Gran Capitán de la capital cordobesa, opción descartada por los profesores y estudiantes.

Con esta medida, según explican Juan Cabero y María José Ariza, profesores de cocina, el problema se solventa  para este curso escolar aunque se mantiene la incertidumbre sobre qué pasará el próximo año.

 En este sentido, este mediodía, los profesores  mantenían una reunión con el alcalde de Lucena, Juan Pérez y la concejal delegada de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía, Encarnación Camacho, para intentar que desde el consistorio se ponga  solución al problema con la redacción del  proyecto y el inicio  de las obras de adecuación del edificio que también acoge a los alumnos  de la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas.
