Los 150.000 euros de los Planes Provinciales se destinarán a la mejora de barrios y la pavimentación de la Plaza San Juan de Dios

El alcalde de Lucena, Juan Pérez, anunciaba que el consistorio recibirá 150.000 euros de los Planes de Concertación y Empleo de Diputación Provincial. La mayor parte de esta cuantía, un total de 82.000 euros, se destinará a la intervención en los barrios, con la contratación de jardineros, albañiles o servicios operativos por un plazo de seis meses.

Cerca de 18.000 euros se emplearán  para intervenir en dos salas del Palacio de los Condes de Santa Ana, espacios que se pretenden acondicionar para visualizar la importancia de las Tres Culturas y el legado sefardí de la ciudad. Asimismo, según anunciaba Juan Pérez, también se pavimentará la Plaza de San Juan de Dios y se destinará una partida al alquiler, montaje y desmontaje de la Feria del Valle.

Pérez, indicaba que aunque teóricamente  estos proyectos tendrían que estar concluidos el último día del año, algunos deberán contar con una prórroga que les permita ampliar su periodo de actuación.
