La nueva conducción del agua desde Zambra se acometerá en este mandato

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena ha anunciado que tiene intención de acometer la nueva conducción del agua del Nacimiento de Zambra hasta el núcleo principal lucentino dentro del presente mandato municipal, según informaba la primera teniente de alcalde, Teresa Alonso Montejo.

Alonso puso de manifiesto la posibilidad de iniciar las citadas obras el próximo ejercicio, si bien se ha solicitado por parte de la empresa municipal Aguas de Lucena financiación de distintas entidades bancarias para amortizarla en un periodo de 20 años. Esta financiación, según Alonso,  tendría una repercusión directa en la factura del agua de los usuarios durante la vida del crédito. Avanzaba asimismo la concejala lucentina que se va a intentar incluir este proyecto en los próximos presupuestos municipales para el año 2020.

Según informa el Ayuntamiento de Lucena, se trata del mayor proyecto que tiene previsto acometer la Corporación actual, una inversión cuyo estudio de costes de construcción de la obra, recibido el pasado mes de enero y realizado por la empresa Gis Ingeniería Civil SL, se eleva a 7.517.483 euros. El presupuesto es considerablemente mayor al estimado en un primer momento desde el Ayuntamiento que lo cifraba en unos 3 millones de euros, aproximadamente.

Ese primer estudio técnico elaborado por la Universidad de Granada pretendía determinar la viabilidad de ampliar el caudal de toma de agua sin perjudicar a terceros, por lo que el Ayuntamiento de Lucena, a través de la empresa municipal Aguas de Lucena, pedirá a la Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir aumentar la concesión, actualmente de 64 litros por segundo.

El presupuesto de ejecución material de GIS contempla partidas significativas, como la de movimiento de tierras por valor de 1.096.571 euros. A ella hay que unir la de conducción y valvulería por 3.560.118 euros, y la de servicios afectados por 291.702 euros.

Figuran asimismo otras partidas de menor envergadura como la que se refiere a la gestión de residuos o seguridad y salud, hasta alcanzar la cantidad de 5.220.837 euros. Además, a ello habría que incorporar los epígrafes de gastos correspondientes a la ejecución material y el beneficio industrial, más el 21% de IVA hasta llegar a la cifra final de los 7.517.483 ,83 euros.
