La licitación del bar-cafetería del complejo formativo Los Santos queda desierta

La adjudicación del espacio destinado a bar-cafetería del complejo formativo Los Santos para su apertura al público durante los próximos cinco años en el módulo Enero del citado espacio municipal ubicado junto a la antigua carretera N-331 ha quedado desierta.

Tras cerrarse el pasado 23 de enero el plazo para que las personas o empresas interesadas en explotar este espacio, mediante la fórmula de concesión demanial, presentaran sus ofertas ante el Ayuntamiento no se ha recibido propuesta alguna.

Según constaba en el expediente, los interesados que concurriesen a la licitación, tenían que hacer frente al pago de una tasa de garantía provisional por valor de 408,69 euros. Posteriormente, una vez resuelta la adjudicación, debería abonarse por parte del adjudicatario una garantía definitiva de 817,38 euros y durante los cinco años los interesados debían comprometerse al pago de un canon mensual de 85,14 euros, susceptible de ser mejorado al alza.
