La Junta, Diputación y los ayuntamientos de más de 20.000 habitantes de Córdoba suscriben un acuerdo institucional por la infancia

La Junta de Andalucía, a través de la Delegación de Igualdad, Salud y Políticas Sociales en Córdoba, la Diputación provincial y los ayuntamientos de más de 20.000 habitantes de la provincia, entre ellos el de Lucena, representado por la concejal delegada de Servicios Sociales, Teresa Alonso, han suscrito un acuerdo institucional en defensa de la infancia y la adolescencia, cuyos principales objetivos son el refuerzo de las políticas públicas de protección del colectivo y la mejora de la coordinación entre las distintas administraciones.

La firma del acuerdo se ha llevado a cabo durante las Jornadas sobre Políticas de Infancia celebradas en la sede de la Delegación del Gobierno, en la que han participado representantes y personal técnico de la Junta, así como de las entidades locales y de diversas entidades que desarrollan su labor en la provincia en el ámbito de la protección de la infancia y la adolescencia.

Las jornadas han incluido una mesa redonda sobre ‘La Infancia en todas las políticas y en todos los municipios de la provincia de Córdoba’, las otras sesiones de trabajo se han centrado en la participación infantil y el desarrollo de los correspondiente órganos de participación en el ámbito local y provincial y en la planificación y coordinación de las políticas locales de infancia

En línea con II Plan Andaluz de Atención a la Infancia y Adolescencia, el acuerdo institucional sellado hoy por la Junta, la Diputación provincial de Córdoba y los ayuntamientos de 20.000 habitantes propone que las instituciones implicadas se conviertan en auténticos espacios de protección y buen trato de la población infantil para, en definitiva, mejorar la calidad de vida de los niños y niñas cordobeses.

El acuerdo contempla un total de nueve compromisos, entre los que se incluyen la elaboración de planes de infancia a nivel local y provincial en los que se establezcan las prioridades y necesidades detectadas, y que permitan el diseño de acciones preventivas a fin de ofrecer a los niños y niñas un entorno familiar y social en armonía y sin violencia.
