La Junta de Andalucía invertirá en Lucena 175.000 euros para ejecutar mejoras en las infraestructuras sanitarias de la ciudad

El Delegado del Gobierno en Córdoba, Antonio Repullo, la Delegada Territorial de Salud, María Jesús Botella, el director del Distrito Sanitario Sur de Córdoba, José Plata, el alcalde de Lucena, Juan Pérez y miembros de la corporación municipal han visitado esta mañana el estado en que se encuentran las obras de instalación de un ascensor en el Centro de Salud I de nuestra ciudad.

El primer edil ha señalado que se trata de un día importante por cuanto se trata de dar un impulso a las infraestructuras sanitarias de Lucena, un paso adelante, según Pérez, en medio de una situación sanitaria complicada por lo que ha aprovechado para hacer una llamamiento a la ciudadanía y apelara a la responsabilidad de todos los lucentinos a fin de evitar riesgos y poder frenar el avance de la pandemia.

Antonio Repullo ha aprovechado su comparecencia para anunciar que Lucena recibirá 175.000 euros para hacer frente a la mejora de diferentes infraestructuras sanitarias a través de una serie de actuaciones que pretenden una mayor comodidad y seguridad para los usuarios. Repullo ha recordado que la inversión en el conjunto de la comunidad autónoma es de 117 millones de euros de los cuales 8 millones recalarán en la provincia de Córdoba.

La Delegada Territorial de Salud, María Jesús Botella ha informado que al margen de las obras del ascensor en el centro ya indicado, que a tenor de lo indicado por José Plata culminarán para mediados del mes de noviembre,  se llevarán a cabo diversas actuaciones en la sede del Distrito Sanitario Sur de Córdoba ubicada en el complejo Los Santos por importe de 72.053 euros.

Botella, que ha negado la existencia de transmisión comunitaria en Lucena, también se ha referido al volumen de test PCR practicados en Lucena desde el pasado 1 de agosto hasta la actualidad, en este sentido la delegada ha indicado que se han realizado un total de 2.400, de estos, desde el 11 de agosto, han resultado positivos 240. Un dato, según Botella que debe transmitir seguridad si bien ha destacado la importancia de mantener los plazos establecidos en caso de cuarentena.
