La empresa Agua y Energía de Granada asume la gestión del aparcamiento de la Plaza Nueva

La Entidad Pública Empresarial ‘Aparcamientos de Lucena’, dependiente del Ayuntamiento lucentino, ha formalizado el nuevo contrato de servicios de operador y limpieza del aparcamiento municipal de la Plaza Nueva con la empresa Agua y Energía de Granada SL, adjudicataria del contrato al ofertar un precio anual de 172.943 euros.

Según ha informado el presidente de la entidad municipal, José Pedro Moreno, el nuevo contrato suscrito por un periodo de dos años, con opción de ser prorrogado por otros dos años, permitirá prestar los servicios necesarios para mantener abierto el aparcamiento, con 396 plazas, durante las 24 horas de los 365 días del año. Además, el nuevo acuerdo garantiza que los cinco trabajadores adscritos a esta instalación municipal accedan a las condiciones laborales recogidas en el convenio marco renovado recientemente.

La empresa municipal ‘Aparcamientos de Lucena’ convocó este concurso público el pasado mes de julio con un precio de licitación de 183.607 euros, participando durante el proceso hasta seis empresas diferentes. Agua y Energía de Granada asume la gestión del aparcamiento municipal desde hoy mismo. Junto a esta licitación, el Consejo de Administración de ‘Aparcamientos de Lucena’ también decidió el pasado verano mantener los mismos precios para los aparcamientos, tanto en las tarifas generales como en los distintos abonos disponibles.
