El plazo de preinscripción permanecerá abierto hasta el 30 de abril de 2025
La concejal delegada de Educación del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, Miriam Ortiz, y la directora de la Escuela Municipal de Música y Danza, Mamen Galindo, animaban a la ciudadanía a acudir a las instalaciones de este centro con motivo de la celebración durante toda la semana de jornadas de puertas abiertas. Ortiz, explicaba que el objetivo es que los padres y los alumnos puedan conocer las dependencias y a los profesores.
En los últimos años, destacó la edil de Educación se han incorporado clases de música y danza para bebés, o ballet fitness y danza flamenca para las madres.
La directora de la Escuela Municipal de Música y Danza, también destacó el éxito de Danza Urbana, y anunció la puesta en marcha de clases de violín para el próximo curso. También se refirió a los intercambios internacionales con otros centros y a la orquesta de guitarra y ukelele. Tras la preinscripción, las matrículas se deben formalizar en julio y septiembre.
Este año las visitas se han organizado teniendo en cuenta, tanto la edad como el nivel de la persona que quiera conocer las actividades.
La escuela cuenta actualmente con cerca de 400 alumnos y está abierta para cualquier persona entre los 0 y los 80 años.
