La corporación municipal aprobó por unanimidad la proposición del grupo municipal IULV-CA, para inicio de expediente informativo sobre el cumplimiento del contrato del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio

El grupo municipal de IU, en defensa de los intereses del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, elevó a pleno la apertura de expediente a la empresa SERVISAR SERVICIOS SOCIALES, S.L., adjudicataria del contrato de Ayuda a Domicilio al precio de 12 € más IVA desde el 1-06-2017.

En opinión de este grupo, una vez analizada diversa documentación aportada por la propia empresa y la concejalía de Servicios Sociales, “se han detectado e identificado -entre otros- un retraso en la contratación de trabajadores sociales de seguimiento y trabajadores sociales de supervisión, retraso en la puesta en funcionamiento del servicio de fisioterapeutas, no ha quedado acreditada la prestación del servicio jurídico ni la implantación de los servicios de terapia ocupacional, enfermería y apoyo psicológico”.

Además de la apertura del expediente, IU también propuso la “readmisión inmediata de los dos trabajadores despedidos (trabajadora social y recepcionista) dado que la empresa está obligada a su subrogación por ser trabajadores “adscritos de manera exclusiva a la prestación del servicio en Lucena” y la empresa obtuvo una valoración adicional por el compromiso de estabilidad de la plantilla”. Finalmente el pleno dio luz verde a este propuesta de IU.
