La Casa de la Juventud y la Biblioteca amplían salas de estudio y horario

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena ha decido ampliar las salas de estudio y el horario de apertura de la Casa de la Juventud y la Biblioteca Municipal respectivamente, para atender las demandas transmitidas por diferentes usuarios sobre la necesidad de disponer de nuevos espacios para la preparación de exámenes durante el verano.

En la Casa de la Juventud, la decisión adoptada por la Concejalía de Juventud consiste en habilitar como nueva sala de estudio una de las plantas del edificio que se venía ocupando para actividades de algunos colectivos. Con esta ampliación, la oferta de plazas de salas de estudio se amplía hasta las 50 manteniendo el horario de apertura de lunes a viernes, de 9.00 a 21.00 horas sin interrupción. Esta ampliación, que viene a doblar el número de plazas, se mantendrá durante todo el verano en el edificio del Paseo del Coso.

Por lo que respecta a la Biblioteca Municipal, la Concejalía de Cultura ha determinado ampliar el horario de apertura durante las próximas semanas para preparar los exámenes de selectividad y oposiciones. Así, este espacio pasa a abrir también sábados y domingos de 9.00 a 14.00 horas, mientras que de lunes a viernes el horario será de 8.00 a 14.00 y de 16.00 a 21.00 horas. Estas novedades entrarán en vigor desde el pasado fin de semana
