La asociación Bel Alfasi de Lucena cierra un convenio de colaboración con la Asociación socio-cultural Men Guimel de Melilla

El pasado lunes 1 de julio la asociación cultural “Lucena Bel Alfasi” firmó un convenio de colaboración con su homóloga melillense, la Asociación Socio-Cultural “Men Guímel”. Francisco Carrasco, presidente de la asociación lucentina selló el acuerdo con el presidente de esta última, Mordejai Guahnich, garantizando de este modo el futuro intercambio de ideas y proyectos que revertirán en el mejor conocimiento del pasado sefardí de Lucena, objeto de la asociación Lucena Bet Alfasi.

El establecimiento de sinergias entre las dos asociaciones permitirá también la cesión de algunas piezas de significado litúrgico y cultural que se verán expuestas en Lucena próximamente. De este modo los lucentinos podrán tener un mayor y mejor acercamiento a su pasado hebreo que tanta expectación está despertando entre las distintas comunidades judías del mundo, gracias a la labor de difusión que está llevando a cabo las delegaciones de Cultura y Patrimonio y Turismo.

La firma del acuerdo, apoyada por el ayuntamiento de Lucena, se llevó a cabo en las instalaciones de la Bodega El Alfolí. La asociación Lucena Bet Alfasi ya está preparando una serie actividades que se celebrarán a partir de septiembre de 2019 y que recorrerán una amplia gama de eventos coincidiendo con las distintas celebraciones judías en esas fechas. De igual modo, en enero de 2020, se llevarán a cabo una serie de actividades para unirse al Día Internacional de Conmemoración del Holocausto.
