Impartido un seminario de halterofilia en el CrossFit La Torca Lucena por el entrenador catalán Yosua Fernández

Durante el pasado fin de semana el Box de CrossFit La Torca de Lucena fue el lugar idóneo para aprender técnicas de entreno en los seminarios de halterofilia que han sido impartidos por Yosua Fernández, un gran profesional en esta materia.

Yosua Fernández es un atleta de competición desde los 12 años. Atleta y entrenador en el Club de Halterofilia de Molins de Rei en Barcelona, Fernández cuenta con el título Nivel 2 de Halterofilia. También ha competido a nivel provincial, nacional e internacional. Además, es entrenador de halterofilia en varios Box de CrossFit de Barcelona.

Esta es la segunda ocasión que Yosua Fernández visita las instalaciones de CrossFit La Torca-Lucena para impartir sus conocimientos a una quincena de deportistas que han salido muy satisfechos de esta actividad promovida por el propio box de crossfit lucentino.
