El PSOE denuncia que se va a duplicar el coste de la nueva oficina de la Seguridad Social de Lucena

El Diputado Socialista Antonio Hurtado ha preguntado al Gobierno de Mariano Rajoy sobre la ejecución de las obras de la nueva oficina de la Seguridad Social de Lucena.

Según la respuesta del Gobierno las  obras de construcción de un edificio para oficina de la Seguridad Social en Lucena, quedaron paralizadas como consecuencia de la resolución de los contratos vinculados con la construcción del edificio, tanto el de redacción y dirección, como el de ejecución. Las obras finalizaron el 12 de julio de 2015, con un nivel de ejecución de algo más del 19% y un coste de 1,1 millones de euros.

Una vez concluidos los trámites de liquidación de los contratos de dirección de obras y ejecución, procede la realización de los trámites necesarios para una nueva contratación de los servicios de redacción del proyecto y de dirección de la obra pendiente de ejecución.

Según la respuesta del Gobierno, en este momento se está en disposición de realizar los trámites necesarios para una nueva contratación de los servicios de redacción del proyecto y de dirección de la obra pendiente de ejecución, pero no es posible precisar el plazo de ejecución de las obras.

Según esta respuesta, los gastos previstos serían de 4.729.006 euros de licitación de la obra, a los que habría que sumar 119.218 euros de honorarios de redacción y  119.218 euros de honorarios de dirección. Según Hurtado, esto significa que el coste de la obra se elevaría a algo más de 6 millones de euros, cuando la adjudicación inicial de la obra en mayo del 2013 fue de 2.735.118 euros y 22 meses de ejecución.

Hurtado critica que se va a duplicar el coste de la obra de la nueva oficina de la Seguridad Social en Lucena y que una obra que se debía haber concluido en el 2015 se va a acabar como muy pronto en el 2021. Concluye el Diputado Socialista que “ni las obras del Escorial” tienen que ver con las de la oficina de la Seguridad Social de Lucena.

Hurtado recuerda que en el proyecto de presupuestos generales del estado para el 2018 se incluye una partida de 119.000 euros en la Seguridad Social para la redacción del proyecto y que se hace una planificación de fin de obra hasta el 2021.
