El nuevo curso de Cátedra Intergeneracional impartirá asignaturas de Filosofía, Geografía, Historia y Literatura

La concejala de Educación, Encarnación Camacho, junto con el secretario académico y coordinador provincial de la Cátedra Intergeneracional, Blas Sánchez, y el coordinador de proyectos y alumnado de la Universidad de Córdoba, Ángel Suárez han presentado todos los detalles del nuevo curso de la Cátedra Intergeneracional que se celebrará en Lucena para el curso 2017/2018.

Este programa cumple tanto con fines educativos como de índole social. Para Encarnación Camacho “redunda en uno de los objetivos de la delegación como es la educación permanente y la integración”. Dicho proyecto tiene una gran acogida entre los mayores de la localidad, de hecho el curso pasado año se realizaron más de 100 matriculaciones.

El plan de asignaturas para este año académico estará dividido en dos cuatrimestres con dos enseñanzas en cada uno de ellos. Durante el primer cuatrimestre, los alumnos recibirán clases de: ‘La terapia de la Filosofía: guía práctica de los problemas de salud’, impartido por el profesor Ramón Román y ‘Narrativa y teatro en la transición democrática española (1975-1990)’, ofrecido por la profesora Carmen Fernández. En cuanto al segundo cuatrimestre, la catedrática Soledad Gómez será la encargada de explicar ‘España y Europa en la época moderna: de la economía a la cultura’ y los profesores José Naranjo y Martín Torres darán ‘Desde la Geografía: paisajes singulares de Andalucía’.

El curso tendrá lugar los miércoles y jueves, de 17:00 a 20:00 horas, en el Centro de Formación de Adultos. La formalización de la matrícula se realizará en los días 4 y 11 de octubre. Los interesados únicamente tienen que entregar el impreso de inscripción y una fotocopia del DNI, realizando el pago del mismo en ese momento.

Lucena fue uno de los primeros municipios de la provincia que firmó el convenio de colaboración con la Universidad de Córdoba para que se impartiera en la localidad este programa educativo destinado a los mayores de 50 años, quienes para Blas Sánchez “deberían apostar por este proyecto puesto que se trata de una experiencia interesante y se estimula varios puntos de vista con los que podrán descubrir nuevas realidades y nuevas materias”. Anualmente, el ayuntamiento lucentino invierte 12.000 euros en el convenio con la Universidad de Córdoba.
