El Instituto Sierra de Aras acoge un corte de pelo solidario con motivo del Día Internacional contra el Cáncer Infantil

El Instituto Sierra de Aras acogió durante la mañana de ayer un corte de pelo solidario. La actividad se lleva a cabo con motivo de la celebración del Día Internacional de la lucha contra el Cáncer Infantil, que tiene lugar el 15 de febrero.

La iniciativa  consistió  en donar pelo para que la asociación Mechones Solidarios confeccione pelucas gratuitas para mujeres y hombres sin o con escasos recursos, y para niños y niñas de hasta 14 años que están pasando por un tratamiento de quimioterapia. Para ello, además, la iniciativa contó con la  colaboración de los peluqueros de Hair Topel G, Escuelas Avanzadas de Peluquería y Estética de Lucena.
Bajo el lema “Tu pelo vale un tesoro”, animaban  a que tanto alumnos como profesores, personal no docente y familiares, participaran en esta solidaria iniciativa  tanto a través de un corte de pelo como con un donativo económico.
