El deportista lucentino Cristóbal García consigue el bronce en el Campeonato de España de Duatlón por relevos

El deportista lucentino Cristóbal García Guillén subió al tercer puesto del pódium de Alcobendas en la primera jornada de la Liga Nacional de Duatlón que se disputaba coincidiendo con el Campeonato de España de Duatlón Contrarreloj por Equipos y Relevos. El sábado se disputó la prueba de contrarreloj por equipos, con los 100 mejores clubes nacionales quedando el Montilla Córdoba Triatlón en un excelente 5º puesto de la clasificación general.

El plato fuerte llegaría en la jornada del domingo con la disputa de la prueba de relevos, donde cada integrante del equipo realiza un duatlón súper sprint; el Montilla Córdoba Triatlón estuvo representado por Cristóbal Valenzuela, Emilio Martín y Cristóbal García; un gran equipo que consiguió el tercer puesto de la clasificación general. De esta manera, Cristóbal García vuelve a situarse en la élite nacional después de estar más de un año parado ante la actual situación de pandemia.
