El Decano del Colegio de Abogados de Lucena formará parte del Patronato de la Fundación Pública Mediara

La Fundación Pública “Mediara” se encuentra actualmente adscrita a la Consejería de Justicia  e Interior de la Junta de Andalucía. Entre sus fines generales destaca: la promoción de la mediación y el arbitraje como forma de resolución de conflictos complementaria a la jurisdiccional y la difusión de la Justicia realizando cuantas actuaciones permitan el mejor conocimiento de normativa, instituciones, órganos o entidades públicas y privadas que participan para una mejor relación del ciudadano con la Justicia.

El órgano de gobierno de la Fundación es el Patronato formado por quince miembros con la siguiente composición:

. La persona titular de la Consejería de Justicia e Interior como Presidente.

. Siete patronos designados por la Consejería.

. Siete patronos designados por las siguientes entidades y corporaciones: Ilustre Colegio Notarial de Andalucía, Consejo Andaluz de Colegios de Abogados, Consejo Andaluz de Colegios de Economistas, Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos, Consejo Andaluz de Cámaras de Comercio, Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucía y la Universidad.

Por parte del Consejo Andaluz de Colegios de Abogados ha sido designado como patrono- representante de la entidad en la Fundación “Mediara”, el Decano de este Iltre. Colegio de Abogados, Diego Juan Chacón Morales.

Por otra parte, la consejera de Justicia e Interior, Rosa Aguilar, ha mantenido un encuentro   en Sevilla con el Consejo Andaluz de Colegios de Abogados y al que asistieron los Decanos de Almería, Antequera, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Huelva, Lucena, Sevilla y los vicedecanos de Jerez y Jaén, el pasado 24 de julio en Sevilla, donde manifestó que, la Asistencia Jurídica Gratuita, es una prioridad para la Consejería de Justicia e Interior.

Los máximos representantes de los Colegios andaluces, entre ellos, Diego Juan Chacón Morales, representante del Colegio de Abogados de Lucena plantearon su plena disposición  de trabajo en la normativa que regule la Asistencia Jurídica Gratuita El Decano de esta Corporación aprovechó la ocasión para reivindicar ante la nueva Consejera, la ejecución del Palacio de Justicia de Lucena, encontrando acogimiento pleno hacia esta reiterada petición tan necesaria para la Ciudad.
