El Ayuntamiento de Lucena lanza un folleto con consejos y recomendaciones para evitar la okupación de viviendas

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena, a propuesta de la mesa contra la ocupación de viviendas, ha puesto en marcha una campaña de concienciación con folletos en los que se aportan consejos y recomendaciones para evitar este problema.

La concejal delegada de Servicios Sociales, Carmen Gallardo, junto con el portavoz de Ciudadanos Lucena, Jesús López, presidente de la mesa contra la ocupación, y la concejal del Partido Popular, Charo Valverde, presentaban esta guía que se repartirá en establecimientos púbicos y comercios  de la ciudad.

En la publicación encontramos teléfonos de interés, y procedimientos para evitar la ocupación.

EL portavoz de Ciudadanos Lucena, Jesús López, explicaba que también existe un correo electrónico donde solicitar asesoramiento legal gratuito en caso de ocupación, recupera.vivienda@aytolucena.es . También encontramos el código QR de acceso  a la página Alertcops de la Policía Nacional.

Según López, desde la puesta en marcha de la mesa contra la ocupación de viviendas en Lucena, ha disminuido el número de pisos ocupados, y se sigue trabajando en erradicar este problema, con la adquisición de viviendas a AVRA para que tengan un carácter social y puedan ser gestionadas por Servicios Sociales o la compra de viviendas vacías a entidades bancarias, con el objeto de ofrererlas también en alquiler social.  López, indicaba que en los próximos meses se podrá fijar una partida para adquirir el mayor número de viviendas posibles e intentar que sean en lugares lo más diseminados “para evitar la creación de guetos”.

La concejal del Partido Popular, Charo Valverde, destacaba la importancia de esta campaña informativa, con consejos para cuando abandonamos nuestra vivienda en algún momento.
